Terms and Conditions:

1. You are seeking admission of your own free will and interest.

2. You will be solely responsible for any accidents or mishaps that occur with you or caused by you, whether inside or outside the institute premises. The institute will bear no liability in such cases.

3. You may be expelled for misconduct, misuse of mobile phones or the internet, or participation in any illegal or inappropriate activity.

4. If you are selected in Medical/Engineering Entrance Exams, NTSE, or Olympiads, the institute reserves the right to use your name, photograph, and other details for promotional purposes across print and electronic media.

5. Ram Raj Institute has the right to publish your competitive exam results on its websites, social media platforms, and other channels.

6. The institute has the right to communicate with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp (text, images, videos, and documents), or postal mail using the provided contact details.

7. You agree to abide by all instructions mentioned in the Information Bulletin or provided online.

8. Refunds will only be processed once the fee is credited to the institute's bank account, and the refund policy as per institute norms will apply.

9. Students will be issued an ID card, which must be carried daily.

10. If a student is absent for more than 15 consecutive days without a prior written application, they will be deemed expelled. No separate notice will be sent to parents, and no fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.

11. Any change of address must be communicated to the office promptly.

12. While the institute may assist in arranging transport facilities, the ultimate responsibility for conveyance rests with the students and their parents.

13. Students receiving a scholarship of 75% or more must pay a non-refundable amount of ₹15,000 for the study kit, in addition to the course fee.

14. Once enrolled, no changes or cancellations to the package are allowed. Full payment finalizes the enrollment, and no refunds or modifications will be entertained thereafter.

15. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik/Pune (Maharashtra).

16. Admission is valid for the ongoing academic year's year-long program only.
